Job Title: Corporate Trust Associate – Finance Practice Group
Talantage, LLC is seeking, on behalf of our client, an experienced Corporate Trust Associate to join the firm's Finance Practice Group. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions in a highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in a wide range of capital markets transactions, with a strong focus on structured finance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate trust and agency agreements.
- Provide legal advice on transaction structures and documentation.
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues across practice areas to deliver seamless client service.
- Manage multiple complex matters simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Active license to practice law in North Carolina (required).
- 4–5 years of legal experience in capital markets transactions, with emphasis on structured finance.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
