Position Summary:
We have partnered with a national organization to support the identification of senior operational leadership talent as the company prepares for continued growth and expansion.
This is an executive-level operations role responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting strategic initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams across multiple business units.
Essential Function:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across departments
- Partner with executive leadership to implement growth initiatives
- Oversee operational processes, performance metrics, and continuous improvement
- Lead, mentor, and develop management-level and senior staff
- Support organizational scaling, systems optimization, and change management
- Ensure alignment between operations, finance, and strategic objectives
Requirements
- 8–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, management, or administration
- Experience working in mid-to-large scale organizations
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels
- Proven success leading teams through growth or transformation
- Background in operations, logistics, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or multi-site environments a plus
