Job Overview:
Reporting to the Director, Onboarding and Integrations, the Manager, M&A Integrations will play a critical leadership role within the M&A function at 123Dentist. This individual will be accountable for planning, executing, and continuously improving the integration of newly acquired dental practices across Canada.
The Manager will lead end-to-end post-acquisition integration activities, act as the primary integration point of contact for partner dentists and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions that protect clinical excellence, operational continuity, and value creation.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end integration process for newly acquired dental practices:
- Facilitate and lead onboarding and integration meetings with partner dentists, clinical leadership, and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as integration lead and trusted partner to newly onboarded dentists and senior practice staff, ensuring a high-quality, low-disruption transition experience.
- Own the integration roadmap, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent transactions.
- Act as a cross-functional liaison between Corporate Development, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, IT, and external vendors.
- Continuous process Improvement:
- Oversee, maintain, and continuously improve M&A Integration playbooks, checklists, and workflows across functional teams, within the CRM and related systems.
- Proactively identify integration risks, operational gaps, and change-management challenges, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance integration efficiency, scalability, and partner satisfaction.
- Support the evolution of integration best practices as the organization scales, including documentation, training, and process standardization.
- Monitor M&A Integration KPIs and provide regular status updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, or functional oversight to coordinators or junior team members as the M&A Integration team grows.
Education, Credentials, Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in M&A integrations, operations, project management, consulting, or a similar role within a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare, dental services, or professional services is considered a strong asset.
- PMP or similar project management certification is an asset.
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CRM and project management tools experience preferred.

- Flexibility to support integration activities across multiple time zones.
