About the Role:

The Care Manager Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the delivery of care management services to youth and families in Passaic County.  As a Care Manager Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of care managers who provide comprehensive, coordinated, and high-quality care tailored to the individual needs of the child and their family.  You will ensure your team is trained in all aspects of Care Management, including development and implementation of individual service plans utilizing the Wraparound model of care.  Additionally, you will provide support and training to your team, ensuring compliance with organizational policies. 

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, criminal Justice, public health, public administration), or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years post master’s supervisory experience.
  • Valid NJ Licensure necessary for profession preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team building skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license. 


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, train and mentor Care Management staff; educating and guiding in the operational activities of the agency.
  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of all documentation of the CM staff following established procedures
  • Oversight of required certifications and utilization of Wraparound philosophy and other approaches
  • Ensure your Care Manager team facilitates a process of working with children and families utilizing a strength-based team approach to ensure youth and family needs are addressed and met.
  • Accompany and support Care Management Staff to CFT meetings, court appearances, treatment team and other meetings as needed

Compensation is based on skills, experience and internal equity.  Offers are generally made within the first half of the range.
