Position Summary:
The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting hotel guests to and from designated locations such as airports, local attractions, and business centers. This role provides a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience that reflects both Brand Enhance and the hotel’s commitment to exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the hotel shuttle to transport guests between the hotel and designated destinations according to the daily schedule or guest requests.
- Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and ensure a comfortable ride.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions as requested.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the shuttle vehicle inside and out.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, report maintenance or safety concerns immediately.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and hotel policies.
- Maintain accurate records of passenger counts, mileage, and fuel usage.
- Assist with other guest service duties as needed, including bell attendance or concierge support.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Qualifications:
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record with no major violations.
- Previous experience as a professional driver and/or in a customer service role strongly preferred.
- Superior professionalism, organization, and communication skills.
- Exceptional abilty to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to operate large passenger vehicles safely and confidently.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules (including weekends, evenings, and holidays).
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles highly preferred.
- 18 years of age or older
Physical Demands:
- Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, rain, etc
- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 30 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift
