Were looking for a compassionate and motivated Rehabilitation Specialist II
to join our team. In this role, youll facilitate group activities and
psychoeducational sessions that support individuals with severe and persistent
mental illness. Youll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, provide
meaningful support, and help individuals achieve the goals outlined in their
treatment plans.
What Youll Do
- Plan
and lead daily psychoeducational groups, encouraging active participation
- Manage
group dynamics to create a positive and supportive environment
- Document
services in a timely, complete, and accurate manner consistent with
professional and facility standards
- Collaborate
closely with the interdisciplinary treatment team to align on goals and
outcomes
- Support
additional department responsibilities and assigned tasks while managing
time effectively
Education
- High
school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelors
degree in a human services field (preferred)
Experience
- One
(1) year of experience in a mental health setting (required)
- Coursework
or professional experience in counseling, psychotherapy, or treatment of
major mental disorders may substitute for experience
