Teacher of the Deaf or Special Education

Work Schedule:      Monday - Friday 08:00am to 3:00pm

General Job Description: 

Responsibilities include identifying the needs of students and setting learning goals to ensure each student's activities and lessons are planned according to their abilities.

Minimum Qualifications:    

NY State Teacher of the Deaf or Special Education Certification.Experience working with special needs students, particularly deaf and hard of hearing students.Knowledge of ASL is preferred.
