Position Description:     Outside Terrace Host/Hostess

Reports to:                      Food & Beverage Manager

Job Requirements:         

Must be pleasant and accommodating to members and their guests to ensure they enjoyed their visit. Important to have a positive attitude and work well with others as a team to provide and exceed the quality of service expected at Winchester Country Club.

 Responsibilities:

• Answering phones professionally and pleasantly and directing them to the appropriate extensions
• Ability to take detailed messages for club management
• Capability to record Takeout orders accurately
• Maintain menu cleanliness
• Print and assemble weekly menus for service weekly
• Immediately greet members and guests  upon arrival
• Escort members and guests to their table
• Assist wait staff with service by pouring water at tables, coffee, dessert, etc.
• Book dining room  reservations
• Must be able to work a flexible week including weekends and holidays
• Flexibility to do some secretarial work
