The Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming guests, processing check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and handling guest inquiries. This role ensures that all front desk operations run smoothly, providing efficient service and maintaining a high level of professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and process arrivals and departures promptly.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests courteously.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with reservation systems preferred.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
