Hose Technician

Job Summary:

The Hose Technician is responsible for assembling hydraulic and industrial hoses to customer specifications and assisting with essential warehouse tasks. This hands-on role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a strong focus on safety and quality.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assemble hydraulic and industrial hoses to meet customer specifications.
• Inspect, test, and package hose assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Manage inventory: Ensure materials are organized, stocked, and readily available for quick assembly and order fulfillment.
• Assist customers by providing technical support and helping with product selection.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and company policies.
• Work with team members to improve workflow and ensure efficient, accurate order processing.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow customer specifications accurately.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and assisting customers.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hose assembly or hydraulic systems is a plus, though training will be provided.
• Experience with warehouse inventory management is a plus.
