Description:

This is a temporary non-exempt position averaging 30-35 hours per week with opportunity to permanent full-time employment. This role is required to be on-site 1-2 days per week at our Tustin office located at 2512 Chambers Rd., Suite 201, Tustin, CA 92780 and remote for other days.


This position plays a cross-functional role supporting Human Resources, Payroll, and Finance operations. This position ensures smooth hiring, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and administrative processes while contributing to a positive, organized, and compliant workplace. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across departments in a fast-paced environment. 


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, document collection, training, and scheduling.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR/payroll systems.
  • Manage payroll processing for multi-state.
  • Assist with employee engagement, performance tracking, and HR projects.
  • Work and collaborate with company stakeholders on finance projects.
  • Maintain and manage company/employee reimbursements and expense reporting.
Requirements:

 In this role, you will need to meet the following criteria to be successful:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Minimum of 5-7 Years of Accounting and Payroll experience.
  • 1-2 Years of managerial experience preferred.
  • Experience working in multi-state and cross company payroll.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Highly Preferred: Experience with Paylocity, QuickBooks, and NetSuite.
