- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely care delivery
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
- Assist with billing and payment processing as needed
- Support patient education and provide guidance on healthcare services and procedures

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare or administrative training preferred
