Job Summary
The Global Marketing and Communications Manager for Lift Brands & Snap Fitness drives major marketing and PR strategies, closely collaborating with global leadership, regional marketing teams, and third-party partners. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing plans for global initiatives, managing PR strategies and agencies, overseeing global social media channels, and leading stakeholder communication. This role requires strong project management, global marketing insight, and creative content development skills.
Key Responsibilities
Global Marketing & Campaign Management
- Project manage major global marketing initiatives with leadership, regional teams, and third-party partners/agencies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications plans for global initiatives and product launches.
- Support development and regional rollout of global campaigns, while understanding and integrating regional execution differences and best practices.
Public Relations
- Manage global PR initiatives related to product launches, partnerships, and new club openings.
- Oversee the global PR agency, drive strategy, provide content, and manage weekly tasks and focus.
Social Media & Content
- Manage global social media channels for Lift Brands & Snap Fitness.
- Develop content calendars, post content, and lead the global social media stakeholder group.
Internal Communications & Content Development
- Lead the creation and project management of the bi-annual internal magazine, including content development and design coordination.
- Prepare materials and updates for global audiences such as webinars and internal presentations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to support marketing and communication initiatives.
Other Duties
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned to support the success of the broader business objectives.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, or Public Relations.
- Minimum of 3 years in a marketing or communications role.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and presentation skills.
- Strong, collaborative stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with diverse global teams and external agencies.
- Comfortable with self-direction and taking initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in managing content strategy across web and social, with emphasis on SEO and AIO.
- Creative, forward-thinking, and detail-oriented.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple projects with varying deadlines and shifting priorities.
