Summary

Under supervision, picks not conforming material from a moving conveyer. Performs clean up duties as assigned.

• Responsible for maintaining the required quality of the shredded ICW product
• Remove large pieces of plastic
• Remove stainless steel
• Remove any non-conforming material such as air bags
• Keeps picking areas clean and orderly
• Assists with cleanup duties at the end of production
• Assists with maintenance activities as needed

Safety:

Wears all necessary PPE when working in the yard. Follows company safety standards at all times. Failure to follow safety requirements may result in loss of position.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Must be able to interact with customers and vendors in a friendly and courteous manner.

. Must be able to lift a minimum of 30-50 lbs and 100+lbs on 2-person lift. Will be required to bend, twist, stoop during cleaning activities.
