Environmental Field Laborer – North Dakota
Full-Time | Hourly | 40–60 Hours per Week | Overtime Expected
What You’ll Do
Perform hands-on labor on environmental and oilfield cleanup projects
Dig, shovel, rake, and help with excavation and backfill
Assist heavy equipment operators on active job sites
Load and unload tools, pipe, and materials
Travel to job sites across North Dakota
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Follow all safety rules at all times
This is physical, outdoor field work on active industrial sites.
It is not a desk job and not light-duty work.

No experience required. We will train the right person.
Requirements
Must pass drug and alcohol screening
Acceptable 5-year driving record (MVR required)
Reliable transportation and ability to report to the Tioga or Watford City office
Willing to work overtime
Oilfield, construction, or industrial experience is a plus
Pay & Benefits
- $18.00 – $23.00 per hour (DOE)
- 40+ hours per week
- Overtime paid per federal and North Dakota law
