River Valley is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator/Generalist to join our team in Olathe, Colorado.
The Human Resources Coordinator/Generalist plays a key role in supporting and collaborating with the Human Resources (HR) Manager in the daily operations of the HR Department, contributing to a workplace that values compassion, professionalism, and continuous improvement. This role involves assisting with employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with clinic policies and employment regulations. The ideal candidate is not only organized and discreet but also inquisitive and eager to learn – actively seeking opportunities to grow in their understanding of HR practices and contribute fresh ideas. By fostering a culture of curiosity and collaboration, the HR Coordinator/Generalist helps strengthen the clinic’s commitment to supporting its staff and delivering exceptional care to the community.

The HR Coordinator/Generalist position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and will be able to select a schedule that is either 4x10's or 5x8's. We are a growing, exciting place to work, serving our community in a variety of ways. Come join our team and find out what community health is all about.
A day in the life of the HR Coordinator/Generalist may include:
- Maintaining accurate and organized electronic personnel records, tracking certifications and licenses, maintaining data in ADP,
- Assisting with the hiring, onboarding, and offboarding process,
- Representing the clinics at job fairs and expo's as needed,
- Assisting with the benefit and leave of absence process,
- Assisting employees with life events, questions, and more!
- $27.24 - $32.45/hour, depending on experience and certifications
