WHO YOU ARE At Ro•Sham•Bo Creative, the Account Executive isn’t just another player on the field, you’re the one calling the shots, reading the room, rallying the crew, and keeping the energy high. You’re the strategic powerhouse who speaks fluent “client” and “creative,” translating big dreams into bold, measurable wins. You'll bring in new business, champion our current clients, and make sure every project crosses the finish line looking like a champion. You are equal parts closer, collaborator and chaos‑tamer. WHAT YOU’LL DO Be the primary point of contact for your clients, meeting regularly to discuss project progress, results, and pivots—aka their brand’s ride-or-die Develop new clients by making community and business connections and build a healthy, steady flow of new business opportunities. Prospect, pitch, and close with confidence and flair.
