Job Description:

We are seeking a strong, hands-on Fulfillment Supervisor who takes full ownership of outbound operations and team performance. This is not a passive management role. This leader is responsible for results: order accuracy, shipping speed, team productivity, and operational discipline. The right candidate sets high standards, enforces them consistently, and is comfortable correcting issues in real time. If you are someone who treats team outcomes as your responsibility, thrives in fast-paced environments, and holds yourself and others accountable, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Ownership

  • Manage all outbound shipments and daily fulfillment performance to ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
  • Oversee pick, pack, and ship workflows for high-volume TCG orders.
  • Review daily order volume and assign work across the team to meet demand.
  • Monitor outbound shipments, resolve delivery issues quickly, and maintain strong carrier performance.
  • Maintain packaging standards that prevent damage and reduce fulfillment errors.
  • Ensure warehouse organization remains efficient for cards, sealed products, and accessories.
  • Oversee replenishment of shipping supplies and packaging materials.

Team Leadership and Accountability

  • Supervise, train, and develop fulfillment associates to meet clear productivity and quality expectations.
  • Set daily performance standards and hold the team accountable to accuracy and speed.
  • Provide direct coaching and real-time feedback when standards are not being met.
  • Address performance issues promptly, professionally, and consistently.
  • Build a culture of urgency, discipline, and pride in execution.

Process Improvement and Collaboration

  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements that increase fulfillment speed and accuracy.
  • Partner with inventory control to ensure stock levels remain accurate and fulfillment-ready.
  • Work closely with customer support and operations to resolve fulfillment-related customer issues.
  • Escalate bottlenecks or operational risks proactively.

Leadership Profile

  • The ideal candidate takes full ownership of outcomes and does not make excuses.
  • They are comfortable speaking up, enforcing standards, and keeping the team on track.
  • They lead from the floor, not from behind a desk.
  • They thrive under pressure and refuse to accept “good enough.”
  • They drive performance through structure, clarity, and accountability.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse management.
  • Proven experience managing outbound shipments and leading a fulfillment or warehouse team.
  • Strong understanding of shipping operations, packaging standards, and carrier systems.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency/previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the TCG industry or a strong passion for trading card games.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and SKU optimization.

Benefits:

  • Health Insurance
  • Dental & Vision Coverage
  • Paid time off
  • 401k
  • Employee Discounts
  • Gym Membership Reimbursements

Salary Range:  $30.00 - $38.00 DOE
