About the role

We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Director of Experiential Marketing to lead the planning, production, and delivery of high-impact brand experiences across our portfolio of brands. This role owns end-to-end execution of experiential initiatives — including tradeshows, sponsorships, pop-ups, partnerships, and franchise-facing events — ensuring programs are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable business impact.

Reporting into the VP of Brand Marketing, this role will translate executive-level strategy into detailed activation roadmaps and operational plans. You will establish disciplined vendor management, standardized production processes, and clear performance measurement frameworks to ensure experiential investment scales responsibly.

The ideal candidate brings deep production and tradeshow expertise, strong budget and contract management experience, and the ability to operate confidently in complex, multi-market environments

What you'll do

  • Translate executive experiential strategy into detailed activation plans and production timelines
  • Own end-to-end execution of tradeshows, sponsorships, community activations, partnerships, and franchise-facing events
  • Lead vendor selection, RFP processes, contract negotiation, and ongoing partner management
  • Oversee booth design, production, logistics, staffing, permitting, and on-site operations for tradeshows
  • Develop standardized playbooks and operating procedures to ensure consistency across markets and brands
  • Manage budgets with discipline, ensuring spend aligns with approved plans and ROI expectations
  • Implement lead capture, tracking, and measurement frameworks across all experiential programs
  • Coordinate with Social, PR, Lifecycle, Performance, and Creative teams to maximize amplification and post-event conversion
  • Establish SLAs and operational standards for franchise-facing experiential support
  • Deliver structured post-event reporting, including performance analysis and optimization recommendations
  • Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks across activations

What We're Looking For

  • 8–12+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, or tradeshow execution
  • Demonstrated success executing complex, multi-market programs at scale
  • Strong vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget oversight experience
  • Experience operating in franchise, retail, or multi-location environments strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of tradeshow logistics, booth production, staffing, and event timelines
  • Proven ability to deliver programs on time and within budget
  • Experience implementing measurable ROI frameworks for experiential programs
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented operator comfortable managing live-event environments
  • Collaborative leader who executes effectively against executive direction
