We are seeking a strong, systems-driven Treatment Plan Coordinator who understands that case acceptance is the bridge between diagnosis and healthier lives.
Position Overview
The Treatment Plan Coordinator plays a pivotal role in practice success. You will be responsible for presenting treatment plans with clarity and confidence, verifying insurance benefits, coordinating financial arrangements, and ensuring patients move forward with care.
This position requires both heart and structure — the ability to connect with patients while maintaining accountability to performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans confidently and accurately
- Verify PPO and Medicaid insurance eligibility and breakdowns
- Submit and track pre-authorizations
- Review financial arrangements and third-party financing options
- Collect payments and deposits per office policy
- Coordinate scheduling to support provider productivity
- Follow up consistently on unscheduled treatment
- Maintain clean, accurate patient accounts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of dental front office or treatment coordinating experience
- Strong knowledge of PPO insurance and breakdowns
- Experience with Medicaid preferred
- Understanding of dental terminology and sequencing
- Comfortable discussing finances and handling objections
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with Denticon preferred
