What You’ll Do

  • Support facility leadership with daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, maintaining files, and typing correspondence
  • Track records and maintain databases to ensure accurate information
  • Take, transcribe, and maintain meeting minutes, agendas, and other important documentation
  • Keep calendars updated and schedule appointments for leadership team members
  • Receive, sort, and route mail and correspondence efficiently
  • Assist with office supply management, event coordination, and other administrative duties as assigned
  • What We’re Looking For

    Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Experience

  • Minimum of one (1) year of clerical or administrative experience (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required)
  • Licenses/Certifications

  • Completion of client-mandated certifications and/or training (required)
