Definition
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Freeland, PA. The Master Scheduler and Launch Lead will be responsible for creating and managing production schedules in various departments to meet customer demands and business objectives. The role involves coordinating with different departments, monitoring production workflows, and optimizing labor and resources. Additionally, the scheduler will oversee inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure efficient operations while adhering to company standards and timelines. Proactively communicates with Customer Service on availability of new products. Partner daily with Operations, Sales, and Procurement on updates for new products. Determine configuration of products to be manufactured by comparing on hand quantity and in process jobs with open customer order and current forecast demands.

Qualifications
- Experience managing production schedules for 1,000+ SKUs and 200+ WIP items to ensure optimal manufacturing efficiency.
- SAP MRP and data analytics experience highly desired, highly skilled in Microsoft Excel required.
- Strong Analytical Skills for analyzing data, identifying trends, and making informed scheduling decisions
- Optimization of schedules for products with extended manufacturing timelines by performing bottleneck analysis
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Inventory Control to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in production management software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent years of demonstrated experience in production planning, scheduling, and launch coordination may substitute for formal education
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including exposure to cold storage areas, production floors, and outdoor facility areas as required.
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet; however, it can be moderate or loud when on the production floor.
Employees must wear proper food safe, steel toe shoes, hair net and beard net, nitrile gloves, frock, bump cap, hat, and proper hearing protection while working in certain areas.
