Truck Service Point is a truck repair shop under the UC Group umbrella. We are looking for all Levels of Diesel Truck Technician to join our team in a clean and organized shop. LEVEL III DIESEL TRUCK TECHNICIAN


Requirements:


· Diagnose and repair all Class 6, 7, and 8 heavy-duty diesel truck issues

· Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

· Familiar with OEM software

· Excellent troubleshooting skills

· Experienced with internal engine repair, i.e., Injectors, Head Gaskets, Crank Seals

· Experienced in quickly identifying wire/harness issues and repair

· Ensure all work is performed in compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies.


Qualifications:


· Minimum 5 years of truck repair experience

· ASE certifications are a plus

· CDL license is a big plus

· Experience working with Freightliner, Volvo, Mack, Kenworth, and Peterbilt trucks

· Must be able to work Mid-day shift 11am – 7:30pm

· Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs. or more

· Strong mechanical aptitude

· Able to work under moderate supervision and follow through on task


Compensation – $38 to $47 an hour based on experience, certifications, and CDL endorsement.

90-day performance review after starting date.



LEVEL II DIESEL TRUCK TECHNICIAN


Requirements:



· Perform preventive maintenance (PM) services on tractors, and box trucks

· Accurately complete and review maintenance paperwork

· Skilled in repairing brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and ABS systems

· Ability to troubleshoot and analyze component parts and systems on trucks and tractor


Qualifications:


· Minimum 2 years of truck repair experience

· CDL license is a big plus

· Experience working with Freightliner, Volvo, Mack, Kenworth, and Peterbilt trucks

· Must be able to work Mid-day shift 11am – 7:30pm

Compensation – $33 to $38 an hour based on experience, certifications, and CDL endorsement.

LEVEL I DIESEL TRUCK TECHNICIAN


Requirements: This is an entry level position for mechanics who have only 1 year of experience and /or completed some level of trade schooling.


Compensation – $27 to $32 an hour based on experience, certifications, and CDL endorsement.

90-day performance review after starting date.
