BUILDING SUBCODE OFFICIAL / INSPECTOR
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Salary Range: $74,872-$124,596
Full-Time Building Subcode Official HHS / Inspector. Minimum 5 years' experience. The successful candidate will perform planreview and sign tech sections along with a variety of duties for the city whichwill include inspecting new and existing residential, commercial, andindustrial buildings and structures to enforce compliance with applicable localand building codes. Applicants must possess a valid license as a BuildingSubcode (RCS), (ICS) and (HHS), Inspector, and Construction Official licensesissued by the NJDCA. Must also possess a valid New Jersey Driver's License. The successful candidate will have good communicationskills in working with the public.
