Restaurant Floor Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
- Manage employee scheduling using HotSchedules to optimize coverage and labor costs
- Oversee ordering and inventory management to maintain appropriate stock levels and reduce waste
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Assist in training and mentoring staff to uphold service quality and restaurant policies
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Utilize Toast POS system for order accuracy, sales tracking, and reporting
- Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and POS reconciliation
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 Years proven experience in restaurant supervision or management, preferably in upscale or seafood dining environments
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and POS systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure in a high-volume setting
- Proficiency with HotSchedules and Toast POS system is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality management training is a plus
