Main Street Therapy Partners is expanding our telehealth services and seeking a PRN Physical Therapist licensed in Texas, Maryland, and/or Ohio to support our growing clinics. This is a flexible, remote opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with a therapist-led, culture-driven team.
The more state licensures you hold, the greater the telehealth availability and scheduling opportunities we can offer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual evaluations and treatment sessions via telehealth
- Develop individualized, goal-focused care plans
- Collaborate with clinic teams across multiple states
- Deliver an exceptional, patient-first experience
Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapist license in Texas, Maryland, and/or Ohio
- Telehealth experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Patient-focused, growth-driven, and team-oriented
