<div style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px;" id="isPasted"><p style=" margin: 15px 0px;">Sacramento Area Sewer District (SacSewer) is currently accepting applications for a <strong>Training & Organizational Development Supervisor</strong> position. <span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px;">Applications will be screened after the following filing deadlines at 5PM:</span></p><p style=" margin: 15px 0px; text-align: center;"><strong style=" font-weight: 700;">6/9/25, 7/2/25(final)</strong></p><p>This position performs a wide variety of instructional design, training development, communications and implementing training and employee engagement and leadership programs. The class series is also involved in the design and implementation of Sacramento Area Sewer District (SacSewer) Career Development Program. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p></div><div style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px;"><p><strong>Either 1. </strong>A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with major course work in human resource development, communications, career development, organizational development, adult education, business administration or closely related field. </p></div><p style="margin:0in;text-align:center;"><strong>AND</strong></p><p id="isPasted">Three years of professional level experience in planning and conducting employee development training programs including supervisory and management development training.</p><p id="isPasted"><em>Note: A master’s degree in the above course work may substitute for one year of the required experience. </em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Or 2.</strong> Three years as a Training and Organizational Development Specialist or Human Resource Analyst performing training related duties. <em>Human Resource Analyst primary responsibility and duties must have been training related. </em></p><p><br></p><p id="isPasted"><strong id="isPasted">Or 3.
