Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment and manual methods as needed.
  • Sort and stack clean dishes and kitchenware in designated areas to ensure easy access for kitchen and service staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, floors, and equipment, following health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with the disposal of waste and recycling materials in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Follow all instructions from supervisors regarding cleaning schedules, safety procedures, and operational priorities.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to management promptly to avoid disruption in service.
  • Support kitchen staff with additional cleaning tasks during peak hours or as needed to maintain workflow.
