- Acknowledge all guests and seat appropriately within 30 seconds of an available table.
- Maintain wait list when all server sections are full or accommodating large parties.
- Inform guests of specials and server's name; inform servers of new parties.
- Clean and reset tables to standard within 2 minutes of guest departure.
- Be alert to recovery situations; perform BLAST.
- Ensure dining room cleanliness, including highchairs and booster seats.
- Sanitizing menus
