What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely administer and oversee medications and prescribed treatments
- Monitor and assess residents’ health, safety, and overall well-being
- Communicate with families regarding medical needs or concerns
- Share observations and resident updates with the Clinical Services Director
- Support and guide care staff to ensure high-quality, consistent car
- Provide friendly, respectful service to residents, families, visitors, and teammate
- Jump in with other essential duties to help the community run smoothly

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vocational or technical training preferred
- 1+ year of Medication Technician experience (preferred)
- 2+ years in a geriatric or senior care setting (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
Certifications & Clearances (Required)
- First Aid Certification
- Criminal background clearance
- Health screening and TB/CXR clearance
