About this position
Responsibilities:
• Lead HVAC system installations, including ductwork fabrication and layout
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Ensure proper system design and airflow for maximum efficiency
• Supervise and guide installation crews
• Perform quality control checks on completed installations
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and industry best practices
• Communicate with project managers and clients to ensure smooth job
