Cook Qualifications:

  • Be able to learn our food preparation methods and procedures.
  • Demonstrates food safety practices.
  • Has a sense of urgency.
  • Be capable of working quickly under pressure.
  • Be accurate while making multiple orders simultaneously.
  • Be able to organize and time orders.
  • Be conscious of product quality and freshness.
  • Be able to learn how to safely operate all equipment.

Cook Duties:

  • Cooks and assembles all orders to specifications.
  • Performs prep work.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of food preparation area.
  • Keeps food preparation area stocked, clean and organized.
  • Notifies the manager on duty when stock is low.
  • Notifies the manager on duty if there is a food safety risk.
  • Washes dishes.
  • Helps where needed.
