Call Center Representative

MyUSA Credit Union is a member-owned, over $350 million financial institution with offices in Middletown (2), Trenton, Kettering (2), Moraine, Springfield and Vandalia.
We are seeking interested candidates for a Call Center Representative at our Moraine location. MyUSA Call Center Representatives provide extraordinary member service by providing over-the-phone member service support to Credit Union Members and prospective members, building trusted relationships through the service that they provide as well as their ability to recommend products and services that best meet the member's financial needs.
Call Center Representative responsibilities include:
Accurately process member transactions
Successfully refer products and services to new and existing members through anticipating the members' financial needs.
Provides exceptional service via telephone by interviewing and counseling members and potential members regarding their financial service needs.

  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Effective verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills to provide a high level of accuracy for transactions
  • Possess team attitude and professionalism at all times
  • Strong computer skills and ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
