We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong ERP implementation and delivery experience to lead and manage end-to-end ERP projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing ERP implementations while ensuring quality delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, timeline adherence, and budget control.Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / Workday / NetSuite / Infor / any ERP).
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality.
- Define project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Drive requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business users, vendors, and leadership.
- Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, and governance meetings.
- Handle risk management, issue resolution, and change management.
- Ensure process compliance, documentation, and project best practices.
- Drive UAT, training, data migration, and go-live activities.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 6+ years of experience in Project Management with ERP implementations.
- Hands-on experience in any ERP platform (SAP / Oracle / Workday / Dynamics 365 / NetSuite / Infor / Epicor, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Experience in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and executive reporting.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in risk management, change management, and governance frameworks.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is a plus.
- Multi-country or global ERP rollout experience.
- Experience in finance, HR, SCM, manufacturing, or retail ERP modules.
- Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise systems integration.
- Exposure to cloud-based ERP implementations.
