Key Responsibilities
1) Business Strategy & Category Creation

- Identify and evaluate new category opportunities aligned with Noise’s long-term vision
- Conduct market sizing, consumer insights, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessment
- Define value proposition, pricing strategy, positioning, and GTM approach
- Build robust business cases and financial models to support investment decisions
2) Ownership & Financial Performance
- Own end-to-end P&L, including revenue, margins, costs, and profitability
- Set short- and long-term targets (revenue, contribution margin, scale milestones)
- Drive cost discipline while enabling growth and innovation
- Track performance via dashboards, reviews, and operating metrics
3) Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Translate strategy into clear execution plans and milestones
- Work closely with Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Ops, Finance, and Tech
- Ensure timely product launches, inventory readiness, channel execution, and marketing rollout
- Resolve execution bottlenecks and make fast, data-backed decisions
4) Go-To-Market & Scaling
- Design and execute the GTM strategy across online and offline channels
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and category adoption
- Identify growth levers: pricing, bundles, channels, partnerships, adjacencies
- Scale the business from pilot → launch → sustained growth
5) Team Building & Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing category team as the business scales
- Set clear goals, decision rights, and operating rhythms
- Act as the single-threaded owner for the category internally
- Influence without authority in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
6) Stakeholder Management & Leadership Visibility
- Work closely with founders and senior leadership on strategy and reviews
- Present business updates, risks, and growth plans clearly and crisply
- Act as the internal “CEO” for the category
The Ideal Noisemaker
- 8–12 years of experience in business leadership, strategy, category creation, or new business incubation roles
- Strong exposure to commercial decision-making, unit economics, and business performance management, with a clear aspiration to take on full P&L ownership
- Experience building or scaling a consumer technology or lifestyle brand, preferably in high-growth environment
- Prior exposure to wearables, consumer electronics, IoT, or digital product ecosystems is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution, including pricing, channel strategy, launches, and scale-up
- Proven track record of translating strategy into execution, driving cross-functional alignment, and delivering high-growth outcomes
