About this position

 

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Franchise Operations Coordinator to join our corporate team and support the growth of our franchise network. In this supporting role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring operational consistency across studios, managing inventory systems, creating internal communications and documentation, and acting as the frontline for studio software support. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment and is passionate about systems, structure, and scale.


Key Responsibilities

  • Studio Systems & Processes: Develop, document, and maintain operational systems that support consistency and efficiency across all franchise locations.
  • Software Support: Respond to internal helpdesk tickets related to our tech stack (including MBO, Axle, and others); provide troubleshooting, documentation, and training where needed.
  • Inventory & Vendor Management: Oversee inventory management across multiple vendors and ensure streamlined ordering and fulfillment processes.
    Internal Communications: Create and distribute network-wide operational communications, updates, and announcements.
  • Technical Writing: Draft clear, user-friendly SOPs, manuals, training materials, and knowledge base articles for studio operators and franchisees.
  • Franchise Technology Support: Leverage tools like FranConnect to manage franchise operations and communication (FranConnect experience is strongly preferred).
  • Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with leadership and other departments (marketing, development, training) to implement and refine studio operations systems. 

Salary Information

$60000 - $70000 Annual Salary

Requirements

Please note the Franchise Operations Coordinator role is not a field operations position, but rather an in-office support role focused on assisting our franchise operations team. 

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in operations, preferably in a franchise or multi-unit environment.
  • Strong understanding of process design, documentation, and implementation.
  • Comfort working in software systems like MindBody (MBO), Axle, and/or FranConnect.
  • Ability to manage support workflows (e.g., ticketing systems) and communicate technical solutions clearly.
    Experience managing inventory and vendor coordination across multiple locations.
  • Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset — you’re resourceful and solutions-oriented.

 Preferred Qualifications 

  • Prior experience in a franchise organization.
  • Working knowledge of FranConnect (strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with support ticket platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.).
  • Project management experience in a scaling environment.
