We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to bring in new business and expand our pharmaceutical staffing division. This isn’t a “build slowly from scratch” role — we need someone who can leverage their existing book of business and industry network to deliver results quickly.
What You’ll Do
- Leverage your established pharma/biotech client contacts to win new accounts
- Sell staffing solutions to pharma manufacturing and life sciences companies
- Build lasting client relationships with HR and hiring managers
- Partner with recruiters to deliver top talent in manufacturing, QA, regulatory, and R&D roles
- Drive new contracts and consistently exceed sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of staffing sales experience, with at least 2 years in pharma/biotech/life sciences staffing
- Existing book of business or strong pharma client relationships (required for immediate success)
- Proven track record of winning and growing accounts in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Strong understanding of cGMP, FDA compliance, and pharma workforce needs (preferred)
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive in a small-team environment

Base Salary: $60k–$75k, depending on experience
