Caregiver - Libertyville, IL

Position Summary:

Caregiver needed for elderly female client in the Libertyville, IL. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and experienced with personal care and household support.

Schedule & Authorized Hours

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9:00 AM- 1:00PM
• Tuesday from 8:30 AM- 2:30 PM
• If need it Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM- 12:00 PM
• 4-5 visits per week
  

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist client with daily showers and personal hygiene
   
• Support mobility; client uses a walker
   
• Walk with the client outside for one hour every day
   
• Ensure safety during walking and mobility
   
• Serve already prepared lunch and clean up after lunch
   
• Provide wheelchair assistance and operate wheelchair when needed
   
• Perform light housekeeping (bathroom and bedroom cleaning)
   
• Do laundry as needed
   
• Observe client’s condition, mood, and behavior
   
• Report any changes or concerns to the appropriate person

Requirements

• Valid authorization to work in the United States
• Previous elderly care experience preferred
• Ability to safely assist with mobility and personal care
• Reliable, dependable, and patient
