📍 Nashville, TN Area (Local Projects Only)
💰 $80,000 – $115,000 Base Salary

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Estimator with 5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating and proficiency in Trimble software.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate plumbing estimates
Review plans, specs, and bid documents to define scope
Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs
Submit competitive bids and support negotiations
Collaborate with project managers on cost controls
Conduct site visits as needed

Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial plumbing estimating experience
Strong knowledge of construction methods & building codes
Proficient in estimating software (Trimble preferred)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints/specifications
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
