You’ll assist with everything from document fulfillment to mortgage funding, giving you a comprehensive look at the industry within a high-energy team environment.


Where You’ll Make An Impact:

  • Be the Engine: Work side-by-side with our Underwriting and Funding experts to prep mortgage files, ensuring every document is in place to keep our busiest season moving.
  • Master the Details: Act as a "second set of eyes" by reviewing funding documentation for accuracy and compliance—learning exactly what makes a mortgage "deal-ready."
  • Cross the Finish Line: Handle the essential data entry required to advance funds, playing a direct role in helping our clients get the keys to their new homes.
  • Learn the "Why": Join the Credit Risk team to see how we identify and manage business risks, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at how a major lender operates.
  • Bridge the Gap: Translate your classroom theory into high-volume professional experience, gaining a full-circle understanding of the mortgage lifecycle from start to finish.


What We Value:

  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education, majoring in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Unwavering professionalism and emotional intelligence, particularly when navigating high-pressure situations or escalated customer interactions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
