What You’ll Do

As a Residential Service Technician, you will:

• Perform residential plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations

• Diagnose plumbing issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate solutions

• Educate homeowners on their plumbing systems and guide service decisions

• Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options professionally

• Ensure all work meets industry standards, safety protocols, and local plumbing codes

• Build strong customer relationships through professionalism, communication, and integrity

• Maintain clean work areas and manage tools, equipment, and company vehicles

• Document work using ServiceTitan

What It Takes to Succeed

We’re looking for technicians who bring:

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience, including service calls

• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to meet sales goals and KPIs with a customer-first approach

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Professionalism, reliability, and commitment to safety

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
