We are hiring an OPERATIONS ASSISTANT for our contract in Red Lake, Ontario!

We are looking for an organized and self motivated individual to work in an administrative role from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of overtime hours on weekends.

Job Duties:

  • Contact and scheduling personnel for mobilization and crew rotation.
  • Assist with crew scheduling
  • Schedule travel and accommodations
  • Order materials for the contract
  • Assist with crew transportation (pickups & drop-offs)
  • Date entry 
  • Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries
  • Administrative duties
  • Other tasks as required. 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year in an administrative role.
  • Knowledge of drilling/mining industry would be considered an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills..
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to operate with little supervision.
  • Clear driving record.
  • Strong knowledge of computer programs and systems.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
