Tasks:
Include a list of specific tasks this person is expected to perform.
- Preparing apartments for turnover which includes: painting, lock repair and replacement, window and screen repair, general repairs and cleaning
- Experience in or willing to learn basic electrical & plumbing- installing switches, outlets, lighting and ceiling fans.
- Install garbage disposals, fixing minor leaks in plumbing fixtures, install new plumbing fixtures, and fix minor backups.
- 2+ years' experience in maintenance management role
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of AppFolio property management software
