Job Type: Full Time - Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:30PM

Job Location: Knoxville, TN (Main Office Located at UT Medical Center Campus)

What You’ll Do:
You’ll work closely with our physicians to deliver a seamless, compassionate experience for every patient. Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medication review, and medical history.
  • Preparing charts and reviewing outside medical records for upcoming visits.
  • Calling in prescriptions and coordinating referrals to specialists.
  • Documenting all care within the EMR with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicating effectively with providers, teammates, and patients.
  • Assisting with pregnancy assessments and fetal heart tone monitoring.
  • Supporting office procedures, including in-office surgeries.
  • Maintaining professionalism and compliance with all safety, attendance, and appearance standards.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • A caring, patient-focused individual with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a busy clinical setting.
  • Medical/Nursing Assistant Certification (experience preferred but not required).
  • OB/GYN or phlebotomy experience is a plus.
  • Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.
  • Willingness to travel to satellite locations as needed (within Knoxville/surrounding areas).
