About this position
PRIMARY DUTIES
· Serves as the first point of contact for homeowners and business owners, delivering a consultative experience that converts inbound inquiries into long-term recurring service agreements.
· Proactively engages digital and marketing-generated leads with timely, persuasive follow-up that accelerates the sales cycle.
· Revisits open estimates with strategic outreach to boost close rates and capture missed revenue opportunities.
· Reconnects with canceled customers through tailored win-back conversations that rebuild trust and restore valuable accounts.
· Executes targeted cross-sell and upsell campaigns that expand service penetration and strengthen customer lifetime value.
· Increases average revenue per customer by recommending high-impact add-on services, including termite protection, mosquito control, rodent solutions, and specialty programs.
· Consistently achieves—and surpasses—monthly sales goals through disciplined pipeline management and a results-driven mindset.
· Thrives in an in-office, high-energy sales environment while partnering closely with operations to ensure seamless scheduling, exceptional service delivery, and a unified customer experience.
· Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· High School diploma or equivalent required.
· 1 or more years of inside sales or call center sales experience, with a proven ability to convert leads and close business.
· Confidence and consistency in making high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
· Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and guide customers to solutions.
· Highly competitive, goal-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Ability to excel in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, maintaining focus and productivity throughout the day.
· Experience using CRM systems to manage leads, track activity, and maintain accurate records (preferred).
· Background in pest control, home services, or other recurring-service industries is a plus.
· Proven record as a team player.
