Behavioral Health Specialist – Full Time
Location: Metro Detroit, MI
Schedule: 5 Days/Week | Hybrid schedule - In-Clinic & Telehealth
Patient Volume: 1 Patient Per Hour

What You’ll Do
Comprehensive Outpatient Care
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide outpatient therapy to adults and/or children.
- Deliver crisis intervention and behavioral stabilization as needed.
- Maintain a structured caseload of one patient per hour to ensure quality care.
Integrated Team Collaboration
- Work side-by-side with Primary Care Providers within our MindPATH model.
- Collaborate with care managers and interdisciplinary teams.
- Connect patients with appropriate community and behavioral health resources.
Clinical Documentation & Monitoring
- Maintain accurate treatment plans and progress notes.
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust interventions as needed.
- Prepare discharge planning and case summaries.
What You Bring
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Active LPC or LMSW license.
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing outpatient behavioral health services.
- Experience with assessments, treatment planning, therapy, and crisis intervention.
Preferred Qualities:
- Comfortable with structured outpatient medication-management collaboration.
- Values team-based, integrated care.
