Caregiver Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes throughout Milwaukee County. Duties may include:
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping & laundry
Bathing, grooming & dressing
Hygiene & mobility assistance
Medication reminders
Therapy support
Companionship & socialization
Engaging in hobbies, crafts, games & conversation
Caregiver Requirements
Passion for serving seniors and adults with disabilities
Valid driver’s license
Reliable personal vehicle & transportation within Milwaukee County
Smartphone (for caregiver app use)
Ability to pass background check & drug screen
Excellent communication & people skills
Two professional references
1+ year of caregiving experience preferred
We personally review each client’s care plan and make thoughtful introductions to ensure the right fit for both caregiver and client.
