About this position
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- 3+ years’ experience as production lead or supervisor in manufacturing;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Leadership, problem solving, organizational, and strong communication skills.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Five+ of general manufacturing experience; dairy or food manufacturing
- SAP, OEE, and CIM experience.
- Continuous Improvement knowledge
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish

Food Safety and Product Quality
This position is responsible for supporting the food safety management system and for communicating food safety issues to the Quality Department.
