Frac Equipment Manager

Delta Fuel is looking to recruit a hardworking, responsible, well-minded, quick-thinking individual to join our team as a Frac Equipment Manager. This position is responsible for maintaining and preventive maintenance on trucks, generators, automated frac equipment, diagnosing and repairing equipment, and inputting information into a program/s. This position is diverse, and duties may vary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Frac manager with daily tasks as assigned

• Keep all equipment up to date with Preventive Maintenance

• Diagnose and repair equipment

• Assist in all Frac related duties

• Participate in safety walks and meetings

QUALIFICATIONS/ POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license 

• Ability to perform a variety of physical tasks

• Execute daily work instructions received from Supervisor in a timely manner

• Ability to properly use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Ability to meet fitness for duty standards

• Ability to operate a forklift and obtain a forklift certification

• Knowledge of mechanical functions

• Good verbal and written communication

• Basic problem solving and organizational skills

• Can work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to work in fast paced environment, handling multiple tasks at the same time

• Ability to work basic hand tools

• Ability to adapt with needed priorities

• Knowledge of Electrical, Welding, and Construction 

• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area
