Position Summary: The HVAC/R Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems supporting assigned facilities.

This role supports a potential contract.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC/R preventive maintenance and inspections
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and controls
• Respond to HVAC-related emergencies and service calls
• Coordinate parts pickup and replacement as needed
• Support seasonal system changeovers
• Document all work in the work order system

Required Qualifications:

• Technical training or equivalent HVAC/R experience
• 5+ years of HVAC/R maintenance experience
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal)

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in mission-critical or secure facilities
